Social Security Disability

Experienced Social Security attorney Tom Quinn can help you with your claim for Social Security Disability (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits.  Mr. Quinn began practicing Social Security law in 1995 and has represented countless disabled clients since then.

Most applicants for Social Security Disability benefits are turned down when they first apply.  Social Security must send you a written denial letter stating why your benefits were denied and informing you of your right to appeal the denial and request a hearing within 60 days of the date you received the letter.  This deadline is critical and you must file your appeal within 60 days.

You are entitled to a hearing on your claim before an administrative law judge in most cases.  It may take up to a year from the time you request the hearing.
